Shipping policy

We currently dispatch orders from the United Kingdom.

Shipping rates

• United Kingdom: Standard delivery is free.
• International: International delivery is £15.

Any duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees required by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Processing time

All in-stock orders are usually processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. We are currently unable to support time slot delivery.

Estimated delivery times

• Domestic orders: usually 2-7 business days after dispatch.
• International orders: usually 6-13 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

A business day means Monday to Friday and does not include public holidays.

Pre-orders

Pre-order means that the product has not yet arrived in stock. If you place a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and shipped as soon as it becomes available. Pre-orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive unless a different timeframe is shown on the product page.
